We hope that you enjoy our products. However, if a product is not received in accordance with the appropriate specifications in which it has been described, or if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within thirty (30) days of your purchase. You may return the product to us in its original packaging or any unused portion thereof, and we would be happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase excluding the cost of shipping the returned product.
Missing or Damaged Packages.
If you received a damaged package, or if your package was indicated as “delivered” but missing, please immediately notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will coordinate with the carrier to inspect any damages in the package or items and replace any damaged or missing shipments.
Refunds and Returns.
Following our receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved for a refund, we will refund or credit the full amount of your purchase within seven (7) business days.
Returned products become the property of VIVIQ. When products are authorized to be returned for any reason other than for breach of warranty, the amount of credit will be subject to a minimum restocking charge of twenty percent (20%). Returned products must be sent by FedEx Priority or Standard overnight, prepaid to the appropriate address indicated by VIVIQ.
